We strive for a safe and speedy delivery on all our orders, usually orders arrive within one or a couple of days (depending on the service selected), however in some cases please do allow 3-5 working days for deliveries. Different factors, like where you live, national disruptions, can affect how quickly the deliveries can be made.

Once your item/s have been dispatched you should receive a delivery notification email. Sometimes this can be found in your junk/spam folders, if you can't see it in your inbox, please check these.

Please make sure the delivery details you enter at checkout are correct before clicking proceed. As once an order has been placed and processed it is very difficult to make changes.

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.

If you're not satisfied with your order within 30 days, you may return it to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, in the event when you don't want or don't like the item, Resin Glory is not responsible for return shipping fees, it is the responsibility of the buyer.  

If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you, fees will be covered by us.

 

Refunds 

Please note if you changing your mind and or no longer need the item, it should be returned sealed and it the same condition as you received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, to papier in your bank it can take 7-14 days.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Short using guide:

• Try to use the product in a temperature-controlled environment within the optimal product specifications. Recommended workplace temperature 22-27C/70-78F and humidity 50-60%
• If epoxy resin kit were kept below 21C or crystallised because of cooler weather, please submerge A and B bottles into a bowl full of warm, NOT hot, water. Epoxy resin will become thinner and bubbles degass easier. 
• Perform a test project to avoid unnecessary mistakes.
•  Measure equal volume (1:1) from each epoxy resin bottle.
• If using colourant please do not exceed 5% to the total volume of Resin Glory resin or how direct the manufacturer. Usually colourants need very little. 
• Stir slowly and thoroughly for 3-5 min, scraping all the surfaces of the container to ensure complete mixing. You will have 30-40min working time. 
• For layering or top coating, please ensure that the surface is dry and dirt, dust and oils free to achieve optimal bonding. It is furthermore highly recommended to sand the surface (with sandpaper or mechanical preparation). Sanding is not necessary if the previous layer is not fully cured. 
• Pour epoxy resin 1/4in layers for bubble free results. For smaller projects can be poured up to 2cm
• After pouring, cover your project and assure that there will be no sudden temperature changes. Leave to cure for 24h curing time.

⚠️WINTER WARNING! We all want great results, so in cooler weather we need to follow some recommendations. After delivery, please allow your epoxy resin kit to warm up for a few hours, if resin was stored below 21C, please warm it up before mixing. (Just submer both parts in warm, NOT HOT, water for about 10 min.) Keep your working place at constant temperature, recommended 22-27C.
