We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. Whether your item is damaged or is no longer required, we can help you out.

If you're not satisfied with your order within 30 days, you may return it to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will email you a Return Authorization Form to fill out and attach to your return.

Please note, in the event when you don't want or don't like the item, Resin Glory is not responsible for return shipping fees, it is the responsibility of the buyer.  

If you unpack your product and find it damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can arrange a return or exchange product for you, fees will be covered by us.

 

Refunds 

Please note if you changing your mind and or no longer need the item, it should be returned sealed and it the same condition as you received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, to papier in your bank it can take 7-14 days.

 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In addition we offer Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, but please order before 2pm.

Shipping services to NORTH IRELAND, JERSEY, ISLE OF MAN AND GUERNSEY only standard. Royal Mail does not guarantee fast shipping to those destinations.

We strive for a safe and speedy delivery on all our orders, usually orders arrive within one or a couple of days (depending on the service selected), however in some cases please do allow 3-5 working days for deliveries.
